I specialize in personal service for my customers and clients. I maintain a manageable listing inventory so I can personally handle the transactions. I will always be available by the end of any business day.
My marketing strategy is as follows:
- Install the Realty Executives yard sign on all properties except condos.
- Enter the listing into the Multiple Listing Service
- Email the information to all area Realtors.
- Submit photos to Multiple Listing Service
- Make a full color flyer featuring the property and display on site
- Install a lockbox, if appropriate.
- Enter new listing on America's NUMBER1EXPERT.com
- Advertise in area real estate publications
- Mail copies of all advertising
- Advertise in Newsletter
- Update sellers periodically on activity and responses
- Follow up with each showing by other agents and provide you with honest feedback.
- Order surveys, title work, termite clearance letter, inspections, etc. as needed and keep you informed as we approach the closing.
- Represent you in all negotiations to the best of my ability and according to the Alabama Agency Laws and the Realtor Code of Ethics.

- To enter into a Buyer Agency agreement with you in order to provide you with a higher level of agency representation.
- To provide you with a list of Lenders and Home inspectors.
